The team at Michienzi Construction can assist in your project execution from both the office and field levels.  Our licensed supervisors are on-site each day and oversee the project through all phases, from demo to the punch list and project closeout.  They oversee subcontractors, manage the day-to-day site operations, ensure the project is built according to the plans, and interact with city officials.  Our project managers work together with the project supervisors to provide supplemental project services, such as dealing with RFI’s (requests for information), material submittals, scheduling, and requisitions to ensure there are no delays on the project.
