Frank J. Michienzi
president
Frank joined the Michienzi Construction team in 1990, working side-by-side with his father Frank S. Michienzi for four years before taking over the company in 1994. Frank graduated from Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston, MA in 1977 with an Associate Degree in Architectural Engineering Technology and in 1979 with a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering Technology. After graduating from Wentworth and prior to joining Michienzi Construction, Frank worked as an architect in Boston where he specialized in the design of several buildings including, but not limited to, The Pearl River Hilton (Pearl River, NY), The Sheraton White Mountains Hotel (North Conway, NH), The Settlers’ Green Outlet Village (North Conway, NH), Mystic Hilton (Mystic, CT), Malden Hospital (Malden, MA), and the then-BayBank Office Building (Burlington, MA). Frank currently possesses an Unrestricted Construction Supervisors License in Massachusetts (License #CS-055862), Massachusetts Home Improvement Contractor License (HIC license 116278), and is also licensed to work in Rhode Island (License #GC-51612) and Connecticut.

Nicholas currently possesses an Unrestricted Construction Supervisors License in Massachusetts (License #CS-104874), a Rhode Island Contractor's License (License #GC-51612), a Connecticut General Contractor's License, a Massachusetts Home Improvement Contractor License (HIC License 116278), a Massachusetts Real Estate Salesperson License (License #9550950), and his OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) 30-Hour Construction Safety Certification.

Michienzi Construction is a family-owned business founded over 40 years ago with goals of bringing our world-class design and construction services to our valued customers and building long-term relationships. While the industry has evolved over the years, we still focus on our early roots, aiming to bring our personal touch and hands-on approach to each project, something that has been passed on through multiple generations.
Michienzi Construction was founded in 1981 by Frank S. Michienzi. Prior to the formation of the company, he gained a multitude of industry experience as a partner of a large commercial construction company.
The Early Days
In 1990, Frank J. Michienzi joined the company. After working side-by-side with his father, he officially took charge in 1994. As the years passed, the early values never changed, which has been crucial to our success. In 2008, Michienzi Construction added a third generation to the company’s rich family history as Nicholas F. Michienzi joined the ranks.
Through The Years
After more than 40 years, Michienzi Construction still strives to stay loyal to our early roots, giving our customers the same hands-on approach we have offered since the beginning. While the company has grown and the industry has changed over the past 40 years, our mission has remained the same.
